Smoked Salmon Sandwich
I just got married last weekend and while we were staying at our hotel, we happened upon a brunch with a wonderful salmon sandwich (courtesy of the Rugby Grille at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan). We recreated it here yesterday and it was spot on. Enjoy.
