Oysters that won't open
So I’ve been told all my life that if a cooked oyster doesn’t open, it should be tossed. But my brother is telling me that sometimes, oysters need some… encouragement to open, especially on the grill. Is this true? I’d rather toss half a bag of oysters than risk food Reading More May Cause Envy…
