Fresh yellow corn - why so scarce?
I have been wondering about that since about the time you posted the question and figured it [yellow corn] was probably being used to make fuel, i.e., ethanol. It’s a cleaner burning fuel that fuel made from petroleum/crude oil. Less expensive, and better for the engine. Then Reading More May Cause Envy…
