Vacuum packed Montreal smoked meat
I have a vacuum packed hunk of smoked meat from Montreal – approx 3 lbs. There are no instructions on the package as to how to heat up and serve it. I was thinking of simmering it In the package until heated through – does this sound like a good Reading More May Cause Envy…
