I’m looking for fresh (or barring that frozen) duck gizzards in the GTA. Cumbraes says they would have to order too many (I’m looking for a few lbs), Sanagan’s gave several reasons why.. any thoughts? I want to make some confît gizzards. Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
