Left gravy out overnight - safe to eat?
Yesterday, I made turkey gravy from a roux, turkey drippings, and boxed stock. Last night, I forgot to put it in the fridge. I discovered this about 10 hours later. If I reboil it, is the gravy safe to eat (or at least safe enough to risk eating myself if Reading More May Cause Envy…
