Bulgarian in the green and white container, plastic small, metal huge is my fav 100% sheep’s milk feta. Usually less salty, creamier, and more of a zing.
Place slab under broiler with evoo on top and broil till getting brown, smoosh on crackers. Reading More May Cause Envy…
