Looking for handmade couscous in NYC
I came across the most wonderful handmade packaged couscous at the Union Market on 7th Ave. in Park Slope. It was a life-changing purchase, tasting nothing like boxed couscous–it was deeply flavorful with a great texture. I didn’t save the package, and now the store no longer carries it.
