Buttermilk Marinade Substitute
I wish to make oven baked chicken. All the recipes say to marinate in buttermilk. I am using Kosher chicken for Kosher guests, so that’s not going to happen. Can anyone tell me what would give the same effects to break down the protein as buttermilk and add flavor that Reading More May Cause Envy…
