Floral mushrooms
I’ve run out of floral mushrooms and the last time I shopped for them, I was given shiitake with the cracked caps taht are very similar, but with none of that mouthwatering aroma and taste.
I usually shop either at a big chinese supermarket with very little guidance available, or at Reading More May Cause Envy…
