Cracked Wheat Flour
My son needs to cook or bake a medieval recipe. Specifically – from 16th or 17th century England. He decided to make a seed cake (http://www.godecookery.com/goderec/grec29.htm ). The recipe calls for cracked wheat flour. My searches on Internet on sources where to buy the flour lead me to cracked wheat. Reading More May Cause Envy…
