Do you use Coca Cola as a Marinade?
I caught the tail end of a Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode last night. Guy was in the kitchen with an Asian chef who was using Coca Cola as a marinade, I think for beef. I’m intrigued. I’ve used sugar and baking soda to tenderize meat for stir-fry’s but never Reading More May Cause Envy…
