Sticky material bottom of work
I just got my first carbon steel wok and followed the instructions to remove the coating. I was able to get to the point where, once wiped, the napkin would turn out clean. I noticed, however, that there is a weird coating on the bottom of the wok, is this Reading More May Cause Envy…
