Can halibut marinating for 24 hours be saved?
I left some halibut marinating in lemon in the fridge and forgot about it. I put it in the juice 2 days after I got it from the fisherman. Plus another day that it’s been sitting in the fridge. Can I save it? Grill? Stew? Reading More May Cause Envy…
