I don’t know what I’ve started doing differently, but for some reason the last several times I’ve made bread it rises out to the sides rather than up. Anybody know what is causing this? Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
