slow cooker braised short ribs??
Found an old posting to brown beef short ribs in 450 degree oven for about 45 minutes instead of browning on stove top than throwing in slow cooker. Have done oxtails like this but tossed with a small amount of neutral flavored oil to aid browning in oven. Reading More May Cause Envy…
