Pork tenderloin ideas/techniques for the equipment challenged?
Hi all,
We’re recent arrivals to LA and in our current dwelling there’s an electric range and no outdoor grill. No slow cooker or smoker. That said we’ve really been enjoying cooking out here, so many cuisines, flavors, fresh produce, etc.
I’m pretty inexperienced at cooking with pork. Though I make a Reading More May Cause Envy…
