Frozen beef in the slow cooker?

Late reply, but, while the bacteria will be killed, any “toxins” they create while the meat is at the “danger zone” (ie. the temperature at which bacteria are now alive) will not be removed. Freezing doesn’t kill bacteria, it just keeps them from reproducing and leaving “toxins”. Evidently, not everyone Reading More May Cause Envy…
