Can i replace some of the butter with oil in a cake?
Can i replace some of the butter with oil in a cake? I like a moist cake like oil-based cakes give but I love the taste of butter. Is there a rule as to how much oil I can substitute instead of butter in a cake? Reading More May Cause Envy…
