Best verjus substitute for the glaze in this publican pork shoulder recipe?
I’m making this amazing looking pork shoulder this weekend, and while i managed to time the pork shoulder cure, i definitely overestimated my ability to get a bottle of verjus for the glaze locally in time for my event. I’m wondering how to substitute the verjus in this glaze. Just Reading More May Cause Envy…
