Deep fried carcass any good for soup?
Our son is deep frying two large turkeys and I would like to make soup afterwards, my favorite part! But I wonder if the process of deep frying will already remove any flavor/nutrition from the bones? Does anyone have any guidance for me on this question? Happy turkey day!
