Preserving lemons - a question
I’ve got some jars of preserved lemons that I assembled. They have been sitting on my counter now, soaking in salty lemon juice for about three weeks. Assume they’re now “ready” to give as gifts? They can just sit in their salty lemony water, and folks Reading More May Cause Envy…
