Aligator filets, options other than deep frying?
Hi, we visit FL twice a year and are accustomed to eating alligator bits-o-this-n-that in restaurants. Usually this is breaded/fried.
Recently, our grocery started carrying 1 lb packages of alligator filet meat. I already made one with some spice and breading and deep fried, and everyone liked it fine, Reading More May Cause Envy…
