Boneless Pork Top Loin Chops-Can I use in stews??
So I got a great buy on some 2″ thick boneless pork top loin chops. Can I cut this up and use it in some kind of stew or soup? I’m thinking of making a Mexican or southwest inspired posole or red or green chile dish. Reading More May Cause Envy…
