I go through and flag recipes I like by season. I rarely do multiple courses. If a meal does not have a certain component, I figure I’ll get that component at the next meal. Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
