Hi, I am thinking of avoiding meat twice a week. Has anyone got any delish recipes for low fat meals? I have high cholesterol and most of the ready meals in supermarkets are quite high in fat so I would like to cook some home made food. Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
