Need suggestions - baking for event
I will be baking for an event of 300-400 people for the 8 AM opening lecture. Whatever I bake needs to be made in advance and frozen, and defrosted day before or morning of. It’s unclear whether I will have any facilities for last minute bake on site, and we Reading More May Cause Envy…
