What cut of beef or pork is this?
I found an unlabeled cut of meat in my chest freezer and I’m trying to determine what it is so I can cook it correctly.
It’s 4 lbs 5 oz, boneless, 1.5-2″ thick with a thin fat layer on one side. It’s possible this has been cut cross grain. The Reading More May Cause Envy…
