Leftover Cornish game hen meat - any "Go To!" low carb casseroles?
Hi all – I made 10 Cornish game hens today and have about 3 pounds of leftover meat picked off the bones (half of which are in the instant pot becoming broth).
I find myself in a carbolicious stupor after today’s meal and have sworn to go low-carb for the next Reading More May Cause Envy…
