Ottolenghi Black Pepper Tofu - what to serve with it?
I ended up making Grilled Shrimp with Fiery Lemongrass-Chile Sambal from Epicurious, which was delicious and perfect with the tofu dish, some plain steamed broccoli and jasmine rice.
