Grits for a crowd...
My question – I am cooking cheesy grits for 30. I have a 48 cup soup pot or 2 dutch ovens with about 15 cup capacity each (2/3rd full). The question is … is there a limit to how much grits can be made in a single pot? Does a Reading More May Cause Envy…
