I made some gluten free egg rolls by using rice paper instead. I saw a post on this site that talked about being able to freeze the rice paper and I wanted more information. I also don’t fry anything just bake, so is it possible? Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
