The picture I posted is the Luxardo cherries. You can see they maintain their shape very well and if you’ve never tried them they have a nice crisp crunch when you bite them. That’s the result I am going for. Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
