Recipe for merquen?
So I fell in love with merquen when I was in Chile, but it’s so expensive online. I found a big bag of ground goat horn chile, which is the main ingredient, but I can’t seem to find a recipe for what you mix with the chile to make merquen. Reading More May Cause Envy…
