ISO a Better Arepa
I occasionally make arepas wiith P.A.N. pre-cooked corn meal water & salt. I find them too dense. I’m thinking of adding all-purpose flour and baking powder to make them a little lighter (leavened) . Also, ,maybe kick up the flavor a bit with seasonings. Any ideas how to reach Reading More May Cause Envy…
