Hey all, I dont have a lot of experience cooking duck. I have a 5.5 ish pound whole duck and Im not sure what the best way to cook it is. Should I roast it whole or cook it separately? I know whatever I do I want to save the Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
