Help with Prime Rib storage - is 5 days ok?
Topic very important right now. I purchased 10# Standing Rib that I will slow cook, ie, Shio Koji method Christmas morning. It was purchased yesterday and is now stored unwrapped in refrigerator. I plan to remove from refrigerator on morning of 24th and then marinade with Shio Koji and Reading More May Cause Envy…
