Microwave crab risotto with stew crab toasts
Fixings
For the risotto
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 shallots, finely hacked
• 50ml white wine
• 300g risotto rice
• 600ml distant person stock
• 100g dark colored crabmeat
• juice ½ lemon
• 50g mascarpone
For the toasts
• 1 little loaf, cut on a point as meagerly as could reasonably be expected
