Hi there: I would like to make several Thai dishes that use woon sen, which are Thai mung bean noodles. I had these in Bangkok last year and am now hooked!!! One unforgettable dish is “Goong ob woon sen” (prawns cooked in clay pot with woon sen”. I am in Reading More May Cause Envy…
