Quick! Help with Ottolenghi's Chickpea bake
I find chickpeas don’t break down like other beans, so I don’t think you have to worry too much about mush.
I am not sure what recipe this is though, to be a able to take a closer look and give better advice. What book is it in? Or Reading More May Cause Envy…
