Barley Free White Flour
I cannot eat barley in any form (not malted barley either). I want to make bread but cannot find 100% unbleached white flour (wheat). All the flours contain malted barley. Does anyone know of a brand of white flour, preferably organic that does not contain other grains? Reading More May Cause Envy…
