There’s a recipe in today’s email from Leite’s Culinaria for Appalachian Cider Baked Beans. It looks good, but I am not sure if it will be as good as I think it will be. And I hate to waste food. Has anyone made a similar recipe? Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
