Years ago, when I was very young, I used to do a bit of line-fishing in Honk Kong. Catching mostly tiny Garoupa or Rock fish….etc.
Talk about Garoupa, upon thinking, the texture and taste of this Indonesian Red Snapper kind of reminds me of Reading More May Cause Envy…
