applied three layers of oil (each time I added is when the oil stopped smoking)
i thought it was OK, but then i tried frying an egg (heat oil till it smokes a bit, then turn down heat)….dropped an egg in but even after 2 minutes, it’s still stuck to the Reading More May Cause Envy…
