I bought this at a nice grocery store and just assumed that I could put it in the oven for 30 minutes and eat it. I cooked it to a med/med-rare temp and found it to be VERY chewy. So I guess I have a couple questions. 1) is it Reading More May Cause Envy…
I love food. Unfortunately, I can't cook worth a damn. I've been known to even burn water.
When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
