Can people recommend a book or books on salads and dressings?

I wonder if people could offer some suggestions on a cookbook or two that they recommend for salads and dressings? There are lots of books on salads for sure, but I’m sure people have their favorite books on the subject. Recipes they’ve tried and loved. I always value the Reading More May Cause Envy…
