Rice Bran Oil Source
I see several good chefs like to use rice bran oil for cooking/frying. It’s has virtually no flavor and a high smoke point. It is also inexpensive. I’ve never seen it on any store shelves. Maybe it’s a foodservice item? Here is a link to US Foods product. Amazon sells Reading More May Cause Envy…
