Unsightly dish
I found a recipe in a book for chicken roasted over sliced potatoes and some sliced lemon. The chicken drips over the potatoes, which would be fine, but clots of blood also end up all over the potatoes. Pictures of this dish never show that of course. Reading More May Cause Envy…
