Prosciutto Ends?
I picked up a large quantity of prosciutto ends , cheaply. Previously, I’ve tried freezing the excess, but found that they became quite tough and dry. Would I be able to store the ends submerged in a salt brine in the refrigerator? I’d like them to last for a few Reading More May Cause Envy…
