Making Caramel nuts
Hi i am making caramel nuts on a large scale, we are making caramel nuts only by melting sugar and mixing cashew in it. But we are getting problem of lumps, stickiness, it absorbs moisture very soon.
Any suggestions to avoid stickiness and make it hard to chew and to avoid Reading More May Cause Envy…
